Drive employees to and beyond breaking points - stress, tears, and anxiety very common. Employees outside of sales are expendable. Employees consistently leave here and work less/earn more elsewhere. Never fully staffed. Always ask/demand more from you with little financial compensation, flexibility or return for your investment. A career here lasting 5 or more years not sustainable.
