Pros

Working from home since March because of COVID

Cons

The pay, the work is redundant and unsatisfying. So many different policies and rules to follow. Nothing is a smooth process which makes it easy to make mistakes. Co-workers are lazy because most of them have been there for 10+ years. A lot falls on new employees while others are lazy and holding positions from new and younger and employees. Expected to be scared of producers and walk on eggshells. Try hard family culture which requires a lot of time spent with co-workers when you really don’t want too. Too many policies and procedures. I came from a smaller agency and they did things in a way that makes sense. USI outsources everything seems like.

Hybrid position, amazing team, great boss, not micromanaged, treated like family. Open door policy when needing help or guidance.

That I don't get to see my team in person more often.

From my experience so far, I haven’t encountered any significant cons. No notable drawbacks to report at this time; my experience has been exceptional.
