      Coworkers were nice, they tried to build a community

      Cons

      While I was there, they prioritized "activities" over increasing salaries. I had three reviews in a row where I "exceeded expectations," but I only got a cost-of-living salary increase after my third year there. I would have preferred a higher salary over digital concerts.
