Zero zilch nada from the owner to the janitor they are TOP NOTCH

No Pros that i can think of! Really! well maybe Night differential, PTO and a meagre bonus which are standard with similar companies anyways

Don't care enough about employees... whatever little care management seems to show is truly more about covering their own Arses. People tend to work for awhile and then leave.... those who stay long term are really too lazy to go get something better.... some stupid, incompetent and obnoxious supervisors make the company look bad..
