Pros

They have a decent work environment for the most part.

Cons

The management has no clue what they’re doing. Production workers hadnt got a raise in 3 years, no bonuses or extra pats on the back. It’s hard to work somewhere that just cares about there money and not how the employees feel.

Pros

Great benefits offered and have access to many university events and programs throughout the year. Alumni and donors have a great affinity for the school and programs so there is a good base of givers. People know that the university is raising over $6 billion to transform itself into the best it can be. Lots of people to interact with cause USC is largest private employer in LA.

Cons

Higher ups are generally not qualified for their jobs. Although they may have been in development for long periods of time they don't necessarily know how to fundraise. You get hounded about raising major money but they don't support you properly. Can have a lot of cliques. Beware of the politics.
