Like others have mentioned, the small company setting is great for those looking to escape cooperate America. Voices are generally heard and new ideas are welcomed from anyone in the company. They are willing to teach you and help you grow as long as you display integrity and ambition. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with salary, and remote work options for some positions.
Cons
Only 5 PTO days no matter how long you have been working there. Like with many small companies, you may be asked to preform some tasks outside of your job description.
