Amazing and industrious co-workers, fun monthly meetings, rewards for being employee of the month, some departments have performance-based bonuses, always adapting, dogs allowed on Fridays (office only), owner shows appreciation to hard-working employees.
Cons
Lack of communication, unbearable workloads for hard-working employees, lack of options for advancement, faulty computers for most employees, having to give yourself a performance review without feedback from your supervisor, not being financially compensated when work-load increases permanently, high-stress busy season, overtime is not allowed.
