      Family feel Most everyone is pleasant 401k Match Flexiblity Clean environment

      Cons

      A lot of favors being done that hurt business Too many chiefs Constantly applying band aids instead of fixing the real problems Poor communication throughout the whole pharmacy Some departments are treated as less important than others
