Company will not appreciate you! Overworked, Underpaid, Unorganized, terrible training, no support from higher up's to help you succeed. Only time you'll hear from your higher up is to tell you what you're not doing well enough, but never to help you. They set unrealistic goals and ask you to do things outside of your job.
