      Pros

      Flexible hours meaning they work with my schedule. I also love the co workers that I sometimes work with!

      Cons

      Being a floater you are never garenteed 40 hours. I don't like when the guards get criticized and written up for doing the job the way that we are trained.

      Time to do coursework when not actively engaged in duties.

      Cons

      Not really many cons to speak of. Not a lifelong career.
