Pros
100 % tuition assistance, excellent medical, dental and vision. There was always a promotion of academic education along with cultural education. One of the best parts of the job is getting to know the people you work along side.
Cons
low promotion rates combined with low morale made it difficult to get through many work days. There always seem to be a lack in flow of information which made work life more difficult than needed. Many of the upper management had no working knowledge in the fields in which they were in charge.
