The employment is stable, and there a lot of nice programs like tuition assistance, home loan guaranty service, free notary. There can be a lot of travel involved.
Cons
Management is top-down style, and request routing procedures are often frustrating. It seems management is overly caring when you don't need it, and indifferent when you do.
