The pay is entry level

You do your work and you go home. Hopefully on time.

We are under so much stress from being under-staffed it is mindboggling! I Hope someone in HR or corporate reads this and saves us! If I were to contact corporate I know there would be backfire. I feel like this is my last resort to say something anonymously. We are all looking for jobs elsewhere. The pay is terrible. You could get paid more as a barista, which is really sad seeing how much we charge for a blood test (I believe a CMP goes for around $120... and most of us are making somewhere around $11/hour. And we do at least 100 or more CMP's a day. I know our utility bills and cost of operations on a daily basis doesn't even come close to the cost of expenses. We are making a profit every single day, with no recognition. Everyone needs a raise). This lab is failing at keeping it's labor force driven and happy. We are constantly stressed out because we are understaffed and underappreciated.
