Pros
The pay for General Manger was decent but not on par with the work load or hours. 7-5 M-F, plus 7-11 every other Sat and no OT.
Cons
No benefits. Optional health plan will make you actually laugh out loud. Employees treated as paws that are easily replaceable. Poor pay for everyone under GM. Demanding stressful work with little to no support from above. No advancement past Project Coordinator which starts at $18/hr. 7am-5pm workday plus every other Sat. mandatory OT. The company is failing and leadership would rather rotate at the bottom than fix the problems at the top.
