Pros

Concept to help smart cities is ok.

Cons

There is a lack of communication from when you are hired from when you do the actual work. Not a place for growth when it is stunted by a young manager that lacks professionalism and maturity. And other management could care less. Not a good experience and do not recommend. They just care about contracts and getting their cut.
