      Pros

      The company pays ok but can pay better with the extensive work that driver's perform. Warehouse selectors get paid the same amount as a professional driver

      Cons

      The company has no lawyalty to nobody and will fire you for anything The company only cares about protecting shareholders when it's the actual workers who runs the company

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
