      Great overall organization. Strong Culture of treating people well and fairly. Looks promote from within with strong HR practices. Has high expectations of the team and rewards well.

      Cons

      Occasional differences with negotiated contract employees. But usually well handeled.

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
