      Steady job if you can keep up.

      Cons

      Management can't control their minions aka routers that is why drivers are leaving. Unsafe working environment. Unprofessional demeanor and disrespectful office workers. Unknowledgeable of drivers inquires and questions.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
