      Mon-Fri Nice people Free Food

      Cons

      Lots of inefficient processes, love to create a new process or procedure for something instead of addressing employee behavior. Lot of waste Minimal accountability on all levels Not a lot of room for advancement Low pay for certain positions Typical Publicly Traded company bs. Have record year and we get a 4% raise

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
