Co-Workers are typically good and make the job bearable. Helping customers out.
Cons
This company has gone down hill! Local management turnover is crazy! The rotating door causes confusion and you have 20 people going all different directions. The company keeps putting high goals for sales that are simply unattainable! Upper managers are a bunch of snobs who come to meetings and yell at employees - that just kills moral. Transportation department is a joke, and a sales persons day is spent fixing their issues. It’s hard to grow sales when we are fixing and keeping current sales. If US Foods keeps going down this path, they won’t be around soon.
