Quality product lines. Generous sample policy. Good co-workers.
Cons
Useless, repetitive meetings. Promotions are tilted toward big writers and new reps. Endless, non-sales-related busy work. Senior reps are treated like rookies. Little or no help from District Sales Managers. They are too busy with LINC or in meetings. New people don't stay because they get no support from DSMs.
