      Pros

      Great technology Great marketings Great training for sales people Company structure/ability to network with your peers People are passionate about food and their customers

      Cons

      Constant leadership changes. You can't change a team coach every year and expect to win. Promotions occur prematurely with no training for middle management roles. Still a boys club in many divisions. Still too much about who likes you, not about skill set. They say you're important and part of the family until they need cash. Then you're just a number and get let go.

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
