Extremely Poor Local Leadership. The culture is based on fear. Meaning the Denver office is using fear as a motivator. Finger pointing from the President occurs but yet he offers no ideas to help fix the numbers or helps period. The main objective is to tell the employees how bad they are. Many people have complained and brought this forward however nobody is listening. It is like US. Foods wants this kind of leadership. One word of advice- this kind of leadership will cause you to fail.
