      Pros

      Everyone is very nice. Hard work is reworded well. Potential to move up but a very slow process. If you work hard and learn the ropes fast you can do well.

      Cons

      Team members are not all hard workers and that places a lot of pressure on everyone else. Micro-managing and expectation of "perfection". No fun employee activities, especially for those in sales support who are required to be "on call" almost 24/7 .

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
