      Pros

      Great medical benefits most fellow coworkers are great to work with. Opportunity for a lot of overtime. Have BBQS often or quick sale on short date items

      Cons

      Management thinks it's ok to scream yell and cuss out employees when they are on lunch hour after management targets people to watch and accuse them of things they do not do. To hide what management does. Management falls asleep on job or spends all time playing games on phone. Instead of managing. 1 manager in paticular is on drugs has asked employees to get them for him and he continues to accuse others to keep lime light off himself.

      401k is good Benefits got more affordable

      The biggest con is what must these big companies fail to focus on. Money. If to ask, even if you document measurable results ,that i spent a long time composing. You are told that other mechanics get the same or around the same pay. Then say no. Going the extra mile everyday, doesn't get you anything . Yes it's pay. We start a little better than market. But don't go up from there. Yes not right. Not we cannot get any overtime to make up for the lack of raise . It forces good mechanics out . Also they focus way to much on irrelevant things like dei etc .it should be the work you do not what you look like.
