      Pros

      Pleasant environment, Great Supervisor and Co-workers who are willing to help whenever I had any questions. Also have to mention good corporate values.

      Cons

      The major con in my opinion are the career opportunities for employees. Many people within the company have stayed at their job for at least five years, and were not offered any higher positions.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
