Pros

- Great team environment - Only need to work Monday through Friday (but Saturday is an option) - The more work you put into it, the more money you're likely to make

Cons

- They discourage you from taking base salary + commission option and want you to do 100% commission for this job - When you run with another team member, usually the veteran of the group will take majority of the sale even if they are in your territory. Very few managers will give you 50/50 or even all of the sale even though you guys both worked together to get the sale. - They're not up front about what the job is until you start training - No expense compensation even though you're driving your own car and adding miles to your car (they say you can write it off in taxes, but you receive a w-2 from the company so this doesn't apply to everyone) - You MUST go into the office every day and they basically do the same things over and over again, even if your territory is far away from the office. - They discourage long lunches (anything more than 15 minutes) because that could be time you can go to other businesses to pitch - Majority of the business owners you see think it is a scam and you will get yelled at and even threatened. You are straight up interrupting business owners from their job. - Sometimes deals don't go through right away, so you think you'll get paid a certain amount, but they get delayed.
