      Pros

      Wonderful culture encouraging a person to learn and grow. Everybody is great to work with. Cross functional teams encourage active participation from all team members bringing a device from concept to release.

      Cons

      The usual politics of a work environment. Recently purchased by STERIS and incurring some changes, however nothing too unexpected.

      Pros

      Most come to work with a great attitude. Nice working for a local company.

      Cons

      Location. Bit of a hike from where I live, but Mentor is a nice place.
