Pros
The culture here is laid back but values hard work. The people here are warm, down-to-earth, and truly care about you. You can be yourself, even around the leadership team. There is no micromanaging here, and everyone is encouraged to give ideas and feedback. We laugh a lot. Everyone is profit-driven, and creativity is encouraged. The "vibe" is not a formal corporation; no one gets yelled at or berated.

-It is a culture of winners; people who slack off a lot or underperform consistently will not last here (only a con if you're a slacker) -The vacation time policies could be better
