Pros
Talented and personable co-workers. No micro-managing by management. Good benefits package. They expect great customer service from everyone and consistently attract seasoned and talented IT Support staff. They do a fair job of communicating their appreciation for their staff and how the staff reflects on the corporation.
Cons
US Computer contracts IT support personnel into larger corporations and as such there is no real career path. They do not fund technical training of any sort. There is no real performance review process and annual raises are barley cost of living adjustments. You have to get your salary "up front" when negotiating with them.
