Raises are negotiated, mailroom has no windows

There is some awesome people to work with.

Past employees are made fun of almost daily and actually some current employees. Training is only suited for people who just learn by listening. Trying to hear customer when on speaker while people are in the same room talking. No fair chance give. They go through alot of people in the mail room/office admin/inbound calls.
