Pros
The admin staff. Fun place to work with the group that was there at the time. Not because of management but because we all stuck together and made it fun. We supported each other.
Cons
This is one of those "good ole boy company's" where they still believe the women's place is behind the desk, looking pretty. They are to obey and if they have an opinion they may be called into the board room facing all the highly compensated Key players to be ridiculed. You have to have some tough skin to work there. The approach is why did you do it, not- did you do it. The owner can disrespects anyone in his path and in front of anyone, even for the clothes they wear. He often pranced his trophy wife around the office showing the ladies how a woman should look (although she was very nice). The work load is almost too much to ever stay on top of. The only man respected there is now retired (RF). No one felt job security. However, if he did like you, you had it made and it was very apparent to others. The staff would go into panic mode if you were one minute late getting in. To this day, I still get anxiety if I'm running late.
