Pros
I worked here while I was going through school, and I couldn't have found a better place. It was very laid back, which was nice, but everyone also worked hard. I (and I believe my coworkers) were made to feel important, so it was easy to "own" my job and try hard. The management also did a great job of taking the time to hear my ideas and suggestions.
Cons
This is a very small company, so there's not a natural path for career advancement. However, they did work with me as best they could even though I was working on a degree that would lead me away from the company.
