Great company - Anonymous employee US Assure Employee Review

The office is great, a great community and a great team. Coworkers are all respectful, and the work is enjoyable. It all shows in the great retention, many people work here for 20+ years, simply because they like it.

Sometimes work is slow, or problems have to move through multiple channels to be solved. Instances happen when projects are delayed for many weeks. Not anything unusual for a large business, though.

Good culture and atmosphere with a family first feel that allows you to be a better employee. Open door policy without the detachment of a lot of corporate structures.

It can be a lot of work and stressful at times. Not really a con, more of a statement.
