      USAP takes care of nearly nothing for free.

      Cons

      Massive overhead of over 50%. PE company provides ZERO value and is parasitizing Anesthesiology practices. A "Partner" is a BS title. You receive back a tiny portion of what you sacrifice.

      Pays well, but has to in an effort to retain talent Was good on the resume and able to leave there on my own accord

      Cons

      Sweat Shop HR is a joke, not respected by employees Hair on fire culture, everything is in emergency and due yesterday FTC is making a real run at this company to break them up as they should!
