      Family separation for long periods of time (12-24 months). Moving family every 2-4 years. Little input to where you will move.

      lots of RTO, highly indicative of managers that only understand work is happening when they see it happening.

      Pros

      Its a good start to wanting to learn stability and being able to be consistence at receiving a pay every two weeks.

      Cons

      Its hard to provide for a family when you don't get paid for overtime and you're basically living pay check to pay check due to bills
