Corporate mindedness of mid (squadron/group/wing) level leadership not focused on the mission and improvement of their replacements (growing the next generation) . This level of leadership is often more focused on the next evaluation or the next big ticket item for the immediate leadership above them. More often than not this is accomplished by the hard charging actions of a senior non-commissioned officer who knows that he is about to leave and is not satified with the current conditions.
