Pros
never deploy in most sqaudrons, very easy jobs, relaxed and laid back with higher ranking seargants. also you can get some really good food at most of the difacs
Cons
it's still the military at the end of the day and you have to do what they say. and most of the time all of the people who out rank you in the air force become real;y dumb. but you are forced to listen.
