This organization is family oriented and strives to include family in their organization. The benefits from the job itself and the growth potential is another aspect that I loved about this corporation.
Cons
Managers tend to be overbearing and do not allow you to achieve your potentials. Either your manager is for you or against you; with a lot of gossip. There's a lot of favoritism within this organization.
