      Cons

      As a military member you can and will be called upon to do the mission wherever required and whenever necessary. This can be hard on family members

      Pros

      Laid back environment get your work done and you can coast.

      Cons

      Appraisals are off of the buddy system more often than not i.e. if you went to the same college as your supervisor you’ll likely get good scores if not good luck.
