Cons
It's a government bureaucracy, which can sometimes have you dealing with frustrating amounts of red tape to get even simple things done. Sometimes you'll get dealt a bad on who your leadership is, and that can make for a frustrating experience. Can get really demanding, and the job asks a lot from you at times.
