      Pros

      5% match on retirement funds, really good benefits, a lot of random days off, work is very easy, 30 days pto a year.

      Cons

      You can get stationed in a terrible base for your entire contract. work can be monotonous depending on career field. Attitude of some leadership sucks. Morality is very low, makes you think "what am I doing here?"

      lots of RTO, highly indicative of managers that only understand work is happening when they see it happening.

      Pros

      Its a good start to wanting to learn stability and being able to be consistence at receiving a pay every two weeks.

      Cons

      Its hard to provide for a family when you don't get paid for overtime and you're basically living pay check to pay check due to bills
