Pros
There are many pros to working for USAID Kosovo. You will be able to continuously grow and learn from other team members, who are very friendly and open.
Cons
The only cons I would say was the fact that we had to work remotely most of the time, due to the pandemic and that did not allow me to be closer to my team.
