Pros

I liked working with the company because of the competitive pay and the ease of their computer system. I worked in a small office in a nice area and the customers were greats. One full hour lunch break. Rotating Saturdays.

Cons

The office equipment could use some updating. Computers were old and often froze. There is also no way to get a hold of an individual office. You have to call the 1-800 number and try to get transferred, But that doesn't always work. Also very very hard to get a hold of claims.

Pros

Great place to get your start in insurance. They will pay for your test and training. The starting pay is excellent. There are no charge backs for commission.

Cons

The programs used to quote & write policies, make endorsements and take payments are slow if & when they work properly. Employees come and go quickly. One gets trained and move on. Raises don't happen often. Management is likely to change your schedule saying you have to work until 7 or 6 days a week without adequate notice. People make schedules for a reason. USAgencies does not have an actual call center that handles incoming calls. They need to get one. They force the agents to work the call center while doing their job. It's only reasonable if you work in a slower store. There are a few really busy stores that can't handle it and shouldn't have to. It is an unresonable expectation.
