no Pros It is not even company, it's consultancy in which they will deploy you at some client location(in India only). They have non-standard policies, they will change policies and communicate you over email, my advise is to follow policies mentioned in your offer letter only.
Cons
It is really really really worst company to work with. Some employee have planned to file FIR against this company as this company does not pay accommodation charges even though after commitment. This company does not follow commitments such as for variable pay. If you are on bench for more than 5 months they won't credit salary even not a single rupee. Management is controlled centrally under single person. This company does not have proper management as this is centrally managed. I suggest just accept offer letter as they offer high salary, show this offer letter to other company but DON'T join this URS at all. They have also canceled offer of many employees one day before joining date over phone call.
