      Awesome cafeteria, benefits, and engineers.

      Cons

      The only competent people in IT are the developers. C-level, directors, management, project management have no clue what they're doing. New process / person in charge every week. Drama all the time. Not agile. Full of gossip.

      Good learning experience. Beer and Dogs.

      Cons

      Once the excitement of the dogs and beer wear off, you realize you are working for a disorganized boys club that cant successfully put one project into production because their egos are in the way. Low salary and very limited career development.
