Higher management is only concerned with politics and salary. They don’t care about the amount of work you do; their focus is on backbiting and gossiping. It’s especially disappointing when someone who has already crossed his retirement age is brought back solely due to politics and spends their time sleeping in their cabin instead of working and they expect from you to work and when you does and if you are not a part of politics then they will make you feel that you don’t do anything.

Teachers were good but they get only 10k and max 20k not more than that.
