Pros
They really liked technology to improve or revamp their delivery of services and to make them look good to other firms in the same industry.
Cons
They overworked their support staff and were less than candid about changes made to the workplace and were dismissive of potential problems with equipment we had to work with. They also had a flat compensation structure, so the longer you worked there the less you made in actual dollars. An exceptional performance review meant you got a three percent raise.
