Pros
The cafeteria food is very good, especially their breakfast omelettes and the action stations. Very close to the PPG Paints Arena so don't have to pay for parking for events after work (other than what they take out of your paycheck for your parking).
Cons
- Toxic work environment - everyone is burnt out, depressed, or stressed competing internally for jobs at other hospitals or non-clinical work - Incompetent and hostile administration - Consistently put forth policies that harm employees and patients - Chronically underworked and underappreciated. Going above and beyond gets rewarded with more work and impossible expectations - Asking for help feels like shouting into a void - You have to pay to park at your job
