      Big company, job security. Good first job straight out of school.

      Cons

      In HR, there is more talk than actions when it comes to diversity and inclusion. Extremely hierarchical and not very open to change. Not very competitive salaries. Difficult to get in without internal connection.

      Typical large healthcare organization. Affordable care act ruined healthcare so its more about making money because it has become more of a business than care.
